The house "Il Cinghialino" To the south and south-east of the seventeenth century and scope to the current at the end of the nineteenth century, completely restored and renovated in 2007/08 in three apartments (two of which both divided into two). Located at the heart of pedestrians (350/400 mt. Sl), medieval village pedestrianized climb the first hill with views from one side of the sea in Viareggio (7 km.) Until gulf of La Spezia, and on the other side medieval town of Camaiore (4 km.) valley and the same name, and exposed to the Alps and into the hills over which there is Lucca (25 km.).

Total berths: 5 + (2 + 2 sofa-bed) = 9.
- The "Flower": the first floor (PT level pedestrian alley), divided into two, called respectively "The Jasmine" and "The Cyclamen" The "Jasmine": a double bedroom, a bathroom (with shower) complete, living room with sofa bed and kitchen / cooking corner. Total berths: 2 + (1 sofa bed) = 3. The "Cyclamen": a room and one bedroom, one bathroom (with shower) complete with living room parlor reading and sofa-bed, with other sofa bed and kitchen / cooking corner. Total berths: 3 + (2 + 1 sofa bed) = 6.
- "The Fruit": the second floor (first floor of the level of pedestrian alley) attic (height max. Mt. And minimum 4.70 meters. 2.40): divisible into two, called respectively "Fishing" and "Cherry" : Fisheries: a room and one bedroom, one bathroom (with shower) and lounge complete with sofa bed, and the rest in the attic: a double room with a large area for study or for games, and a bathroom (with shower ) Complete. Total berths: 5 + (2 + 1 sofa bed) = 8. "Cherry": a double bedroom and a single with sopralzo for two beds for children, a bathroom (with shower) complete, living room with sofa bed and kitchen / cooking corner. Total berths: 5 + (1 sofa-bed in sopralzo + 2) = 8.
